The rates shown below
are the current rates due at time of service. They include
evaluation and acupuncture, and may include other modalities as
needed.
Initial visit $180
Return visit $135
A detailed schedule of itemized billed fees, is available upon request.
Cash, checks, and major credit
cards are welcome. (Bounced checks
will incur a $30 fee.)
Health Insurance
This office only accepts the following insurance plan:
VA Insurance
Veterans receive full coverage through the VA if they request prior authorization from the VA (call VA Community Care Network at 877-881-7618 for assistance). If you want to receive acupuncture at this office, request to be seen at Oahu Acupuncture and Herbs by Mei Li and the VA will authorize it.
If
you are insured under any other health insurance plan,
we can provide you with a detailed receipt of services
(superbill) for you to get reimbursed directly by your
insurance company, if your health plan covers acupuncture by
out-of-network providers.
