We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. You must notify us by phone (call or SMS text) at least 12 hours before the scheduled visit; otherwise the missed appointment fee of $50 will be charged. Exceptions will be made for emergencies, such as childbirth, extreme weather conditions or traffic, only if you notify this office by phone, text message or email before your appointment time.
